WINDSOR SECONDARY SCHOOL

Windsor is located in North Vancouver. It is located just off Mt. Seymour Parkway and Broadview in the Eastern part of North Vancouver. Like a lot of schools today Windsor is actively looking to increase their student body by recruiting other students to join the Academy. They have been successful in doing just that.

Mr. Steve Martin, an enthusiastic teacher liaison for the program has been an active participant of the program too. He is presently a counselor and History teacher.

Randy Heath, our Lead Instructor has been a disciple for the proper teacher of hockey skills. His background has him growing up playing in North Vancouver, then junior in Portland, professional with the New York Rangers, Sweden and the Canadian Olympic team. He is presently a firefighter in West Vancouver.

Terry Bingley is our alternate lead instructor. Terry has been around for many years as a player, coach, and operator of hockey schools. A goaltender by trade, he played some professional hockey in the minor systems. He has an intense belief in this program and aspires to get each and every player to buy into this opportunity.

Don Nicolson is another instructor in the program. He has coached in minor hockey for many years. He is a retired Sheriff. He too, brings a passion for instruction. He thoroughly enjoys coming to the rink and teaching kids.

We have been blessed with a consummate goaltending instructor at Windsor.  Sean Murray is the current coach for the Vancouver Giants.  Many of the young goalies will be looking forward to working with Sean in the years to come.   He has an extensive background in goalie development in BC and North America.
