Session # 3 – Put into groups, assigns instructors, hand out WHA uniforms and start edge control. (Balance on flats and skiing 1 & 2 legs)

Session # 5 – Power skate with Karen
Session # 6 – Forward stride, quick starts (front, side)

Session #   7 – Quick starts, front and side.
Session #   8 -  Stopping 1 foot and 2 feet/Quick starts.
